What we collect
- When you email us to book an audit or ask a question: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give it, and anything you write in the message.
- When you call, text or email us: your number or email address, the message, and call details (time, length, and a recording or transcript only if we tell you first).
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the site secure. We don't use cookies or tracking.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to you and arrange the audit you asked for (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract).
- To deliver our service if you become a client (contract).
- To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
- To send you occasional updates (only with your consent, or as an existing customer, and you can opt out at any time).
We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the business, under contracts that protect your data:

- Client records: for as long as you're a client, then 6 years for tax and legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, delete or stop using your information, or to send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to how we use it or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@vonta.co.uk and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
